Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Should you need to cancel an appointment you have made with us, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This will enable us to offer your appointment slot to one of our other patients.

Please be aware that should you miss your appointment or fail to cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may have to wait several weeks before we could see you again. Please also be aware that there will be a charge of Euro 40 per hour for missed appointments.
